NaturopathyThe centre Naturopath, Cindy Thummel, provides treatments which include traditional herbal medicines, nutritional advice, supplements and Bach Flower/Australian Flower remedies. Assessment is through iris diagnosis and a detailed health analysis. The number of treatments is usually limited, and is negotiated with the practitioner. Chill Out ClinicLismore & District Women's Health Centre in conjunction with Southern Cross University's School of Health and Human Sciences conducts low cost Naturopathic sessions for any health condition. The sessions are conducted on Thursdays by senior Naturopathy students. They conduct the sessions under the full supervision of Cindy Thummel, the centre's Naturopath.
