Our organisation collects your personal information to ensure you receive the highest standard of care and service. We collect information in various ways, such as over the phone or in writing, in person in our centre and outreach clinics or over the internet if you transact with us online. This information may be collected by medical and non-medical staff.
In emergency situations we may also need to collect information from your relatives or friends.
We may be required by law to retain health records for certain periods of time depending on your age at the time we provide services.
We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this organisation will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.
